Overview

Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is looking for team members to provide oil changes, fluid checks, and vehicle inspections. Training is provided; no prior experience required. The role offers opportunities for advancement and a team environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services.
• Inspect vehicles for issues requiring attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC Super Pro process for all services
• Must have reliable transportation

• Inspect and replace car lights and wipers
• Check and add fluids as needed
• Inspect/replace engine and cabin air filters
• Add oil to engine as per vehicle specifications
• Rotate/replace tires for tire rotation service
• Lubricate chassis/driveline components
• Perform cooling system and transmission services
• Verify services and communicate results clearly
• Move between bays to service multiple vehicles
• Navigate stairs, catwalks, and work in confined spaces as required
• Work for extended periods with arms above head when accessing under-vehicle areas
• Operate tools in tight or hard-to-reach areas
• Interact verbally to ensure correct service order and safety
• Work indoors or outdoors in varying temperatures and with ambient noise
• Potential exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, heat, electrical hazards
• May work in narrow aisles and passageways
