In this vital role, you will lead insights generation by integrating multiple secondary data sources and work with the Commercial Data and Analytics (CD&A) team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Bone Health market and provide tactical recommendations.

• Develop positive relationships across marketing, finance, the CD&A team, and partners to develop and communicate assumptions based on secondary data analysis and partner input.
• Provide senior leadership with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management.
• Lead the production and interpretation of data for standard reports (weekly dashboards, monthly tracking, etc.).
• Provide analytical support to the cross‑functional team supporting Bone Health with minimal supervision.
• Prepare, interpret and present analyses on specific business objectives and for ad‑hoc investigative requests.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory SOPs by yourself, vendors, and product teams.
• Partner with external vendors and consultants to enable effective project completion.
• Demonstrate ownership of relevant data sets, encouraging confidence through clear understanding of collection methods, business rules, and caveats.
• Improve the Commercial Insights team's capabilities by researching and implementing new analytical tools, methodologies, best practices, and new data sources.

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of analytics experience.
• Masters degree and 4 years of analytics experience.
• Bachelors degree and 6 years of analytics experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of analytics experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of analytics experience.

• Strong ability and hands‑on experience uncovering and transforming insights to commercial actions through analysis, synthesis, and integration of secondary data.
• Well‑versed and developing subject‑matter expert in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding and reporting approach.
• Varied analytics/consultative skillsets across disciplines and therapeutic areas.
• Effectively identify and define business problems and address them through data, analytics, and research.
• Strong analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Experience managing leadership stakeholders and delivering on competing priorities.
• Ability to drive implementation of enhanced methodologies and standard processes.
• Ability to direct and prioritize team supports and resources to meet deadlines.
• Proficient facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts verbally or visually via PPT.
• Consistently engaged and collaborated effectively with cross‑functional teams to shape brand strategy and understand risks and opportunities.
