Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer (Sr. PE), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving construction projects from concept to closeout. With your technical know-how and leadership savvy, you’ll ensure that field operations and project management are seamlessly aligned for success.

• Own and manage key components of projects—documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
• Dive into complex drawings and specs to anticipate and solve problems before they slow us down.
• Serve as a vital point of contact between clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution from preconstruction through punch lists.
• Make regular job site visits to support safety, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements that raise the bar for excellence.

• Experience: 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience.

  Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols.

Expect frequent regional travel between job sites and offices—mostly within California. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay range:
Southern California, $85,000 - $101,000 USD
