Job Summary:
The leaders in cardiovascular care in Thousand Oaks, California are looking for a candidate for an employed position. Their professional focus has been on providing comprehensive cardiovascular surgery to the Conejo Valley and Greater Los Angeles area; particularly through minimally invasive approaches to coronary and valvular disease.

• BE/BC in Thoracic Surgery
• Required to do: LVAD/ECMO, Heart Failure & Minimally Invasive Valve, CABG, Thoracic Aortic Surgery

The group offers the following procedures: minimally invasive surgery with access to the robot and robotic CABG, transcatheter procedures for all valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease in adults, aortic surgery, mitral valve repair, surgical therapy for heart failure including ECMO and Impella, and surgery for atrial fibrillation. The cardiac surgical service is well integrated with cardiology and performs hybrid procedures as well as innovative collaborative approaches to complex cardiac disease.

In addition, the heart team is involved in more than 30 clinical trials, and support GME programs in general surgery and cardiology.
