We are looking for teachers who are creative, energetic, and committed to working with young children to join our talented team and continue to grow professionally and personally.

Supervise/Teach Children

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
• Have knowledge of a play-based environment
• Supervise children in the classroom and on the playground; assure proper safety and oversee children's activities
• Observe and evaluate children and provide for individual and group needs; communicate with the Director and other teachers to maintain consistency for children.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings; evaluate program progress, goals, and objectives; discuss issues and progress of children, curriculum, and related matters
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and needs
• Collaborate with other educators and Administration
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Certification in child CPR/First Aid
• BA in Child Development (preferred) or a minimum of 12 ECC Units and Early Childhood Education Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
