3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Engineer for a consulting engagement with our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:This position reports to the Packaging Engineering group under Combination Product Operations in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role involves applying engineering principles to design, qualify, and implement primary and secondary packaging components, along with related documentation, equipment, and processes. Knowledge of packaging systems and material science is essential.
The candidate should possess organizational, project management, technical problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Skills:AutoCAD, Modeling (2D, 3D), Solid Works, MATLAB, Microsoft Office, PCBs.
Key Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
0 to 3 years of general packaging/engineering experience.
Demonstrated Competencies/Skills:
Staff augmentation.
Top Must-HaveSkills:
- Bachelor's in Packaging, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- New graduates with 0-3 years experience considered.
- Highly preferred:
Packaging Engineering experience.
