• Characterize, tune, and validate high‑performance front‑end solutions used by the largest cellular mobile device manufacturers.
• Drive Design Verification Test (DVT) testing, create and maintain automated test solutions, and serve as the technical customer interface.
• Develop and modify GUTS (General Unified Test Solution) programs, create Specification To Compliance (STC) files, and complete Design Scorecards and Customer Compliance Matrices.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Characterization Engineering, and Test Engineering teams to transition from DVT to final production test.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in RF measurement, tuning, and optimization of RF/analog/mixed‑signal ICs.
• Proficiency with RF measurement equipment and test software development (C/C++ programming).
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, analog design concepts, PA concepts, and wireless knowledge.
• Experience with software development methodologies, test equipment operation, and test equipment automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary team and adhere to project schedules.
• Desired:
  Experience with CDMA/WCDMA GSM/EDGE transmit components.

• Create STC files, develop and modify GUTS programs, and drive automated test solutions.
• Serve as the key interface to Product Engineering, Characterization Engineering, and Test Engineering.
• Support characterization and device validation of cellular power amplifiers and front‑end modules.
• Optimize and tune power amplifiers, load‑pull/tuner techniques, and signal generator instrumentation.

• Competitive base pay range: USD $77,900 – $142,900 per year (location dependent).
