Packaging Engineer

This position reports to the Packaging Engineering group under Combination Product Operations (CPO) and will support global supply, new product introductions, partnerships/acquisitions, and combination products.

• Apply engineering principles to design, qualify, and implement primary and secondary packaging components and associated systems (documentation, equipment, and processes).
• Oversee material selection and usage for structural components such as bottles, labels, trays, lidding materials, leaflets, paperboard, sterile barrier packaging, and corrugate.
• Manage projects, solve technical problems, and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• 2 years of experience
• Bachelors in Engineering
• Knowledge of common materials utilized in healthcare packaging.
• Experience with primary and secondary packaging design and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively in teams.
• Contribute to global supply initiatives and new product introductions.
• Work on projects involving partnerships and acquisitions.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
