Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our GCO Technology team. This role is a unique blend of operation and project financial support, with a strong emphasis on capital project expense management. You will serve as a bridge between finance and project teams, ensuring that technology investments are effectively planned, funded, and executed in alignment with strategic objectives.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of both large-scale capital projects and operational initiatives, while shaping financial strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

• Provide financial guidance and support for Technology capital projects
• Lead stakeholder sessions to capture and refine needs across areas
• Maintain and update the project forecast with monthly actuals vs. forecasts; conduct regular financial reviews with project managers
• Deliver insightful reporting (Actuals vs. Forecast/Latest Estimate) to senior management and business stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations
• Manage purchase orders (POs) to prevent delays; resolve invoice and accrual issues efficiently
• Facilitate and coordinate accruals, reclasses, and capital funding requests in collaboration with finance, Property Accounting, and Technology Governance team
• Ensure compliance with ETDG process and capital governance requirements
• Partner with IS Managers, Project Support, MyBuy, Anaplan, and SAP teams to ensure accurate project funding and forecasting
• Provide project management guidance to Technology business partners and serve as a liaison between finance and project teams
• Prepare and present ad hoc financial and project reports to senior leadership
• Lead productive conversations that require both financial analysis and project management expertise
• Support and assist operating expense and headcount forecast

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis for capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and post-completion reporting
• Strong knowledge of capital project accounting principles and compliance with corporate investment approval processes
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale technology capital investments and OpEx initiatives
• Solid technical finance expertise with working knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, MyBuy, and Excel
• Strong project management background, with the ability to track milestones, align deliverables, and lead discussion across functions
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven success in presenting to senior executives
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
• Energetic, detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-driven approach

• Superb communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
• Has experience working with all functions, including but not limited to Technology, Accounting, Finance and business stakeholders

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $57.20/hr final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
