Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing CPA firm in Westlake Village, CA. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for client service. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse client base, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review preparation of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

• Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.

• Supervise, mentor, and train tax staff and seniors conduct performance evaluations.

• Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners on business development and client proposals.

• Ensure timely filing and compliance with all tax deadlines and regulations.

Skills Required

• CPA license.

• Bachelors.

• 7+ years recent exp at a CPA firm deep knowledge of tax law and strong understanding of complex tax structures.

• Ability to manage client relationships while leading and mentoring teams.

• Strategic Analytical.
