Aboutthe Firm
Our client is a highly successful, independent RIA managing approximately $3 billion in assets for over 1,200 families. They have built their reputation on a "Non‑Wall Street" philosophy, specializing in high‑conviction alternative investments and private assets that provide true diversification beyond the public markets.
Primary Focus- Portfolio Strategy: Lead the design and oversight of client portfolios, with a specific focus on integrating institutional‑quality alternative investments.
- Proactive Client Stewardship: Maintain a high touch‑point frequency through video, digital communication, and in‑person gatherings to ensure clients feel consistently prioritized.
- Exemplary Service: Drive signature service initiatives that go above and beyond standard expectations to foster lifelong loyalty and organic referrals.
- Internal Synergy: Act as the central point of contact between the client and the firm’s internal trading and planning departments to ensure precise execution.
- Holistic Growth: Expand the firm’s impact through wallet‑share optimization and by converting firm‑generated leads and personal networking opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a client‑facing advisory role, preferably within an independent RIA or boutique wealth management setting.
- Credential: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is required.
- Mindset: You value ethical transparency and thrive in a team‑centric environment where continuous professional growth is the norm.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial concepts into relatable, empathetic advice.
