PRMI in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a high-producing Loan Officer who continues to originate while building a team. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, drive the branch's culture and P&L, and coordinate with processing, underwriting and back-office support so production stays with you.
On-site, full-time role offering a base salary of $80K–$220K plus commissions and a sign-on bonus.
