• *** s Pre-Pivotal Synthetic Drug Product team seeks a Process Development Associate to support early formulation studies and basic physicochemical characterization that advance preclinical and first-in-human programs.
• In this entry-level role (BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; 01 year experience), you’ll execute experiments under guidance, keep meticulous electronic records, assist with lab readiness and sample logistics, and help distill results for internal reviews and regulatory documents.
• You’ll collaborate with partners across Discovery, Analytical, PK/PD, Toxicology, and Clinical Supply while learning to use automation and digital tools to boost throughput, reproducibility, and data traceability. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious communicator who embraces safety, quality, and data integrity in a fast-paced setting.
• This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and the chance to help turn promising molecules into medicines for patients.
