• Support and supervise Behavior Technicians, providing coaching and guidance.
• Work with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
• Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
• Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
• Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
• Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within designated geographic areas.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, Pre‑employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella during onboarding.

• $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
