Thriveworks is on the lookout for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in the beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA. If you’re ready to commit to 30+ hours a week, you’ll be eligible for a competitive ramp stipend!

We’re seeking independently licensed clinicians in California who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. Here’s who we’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy while enjoying being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Individuals with strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in California
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Earn up to $115,400 , based on your licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
