What You'll Do

* Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention to children in home, school, and community settings.

* Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.

* Collect and record behavioral data using company tools and technology.

* Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to implement treatment plans.

* Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Training & Development

* 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including hands-on shadowing).

* Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision from clinical leaders.

* Fully supported RBT certification process.

* Ongoing professional development and leadership pathways.

Schedule & Locations

* Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Thousand Oaks and the surrounding areas.

* Typical schedules include school-day hours (8am-3pm) and/or weekday afternoons (2-7pm).

* Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).

* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

* Ability to pass background check.
