Job Overview:
As an Agency Executive Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to developing client relationships. This is a 360 full desk role, offering the opportunity to engage with both the client and candidate sides of the process. You'll collaborate with an experienced team of recruiters to help place candidates in high-level positions for our clients, with a focus on tech companies, particularly for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for tech companies for Sales/Marketing/Business Development/GTM positions, in a timely manner.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and databases to identify top talent.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and closing successful placements.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement innovative strategies and best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive in the recruitment space.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks and enhance the company's brand.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of $300k in yearly billings.
- Focus on permanent placements.
- College degree preferred but not required.
