** CD&A – Senior Manager, Commercial Decision Science**##
** What you will do
** Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role the Senior Manager will lead a high-performing decision science team to deliver transformative AI/ML and advanced analytics projects, integrating omni-channel strategies to enhance customer experience and drive commercial success.
** Flexible Commuter role to the Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL office. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
*** Overseeing machine learning, advanced analytics, and omni-channel initiatives
* Designing and deploying advanced models (including predictive modeling and Gen AI)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial leaders on all AI/ML and omni-channel initiatives, effectively communicating project status, impact, and success to key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Mentoring data scientists and fostering expertise in analytics and omni-channel applications
* Communicating project impact to commercial leaders and aligning with business priorities
* Building team capabilities through professional development and industry best practices
* Monitoring performance of omni-channel tactics for continuous improvement

* Basic Qualifications:

** Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

ORMaster’s degree and 4 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

ORHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Relevant Omnichannel media strategy experience within the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in AI, Machine Learning, quantitative methods, multivariate statistics, predictive modeling and other analytics frameworks/techniques with 5+ years of experience delivering complex analytical projects
* Experience in Databricks and AWS (and other cloud technologies)
* Advanced proficiency and hands on coding experience in Python/R/Scala/Java or any other Object-Oriented Programming language
