Technical Project Manager On-Site

We empower our aviation clients such as Frontier Airlines, Boeing, and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with powerful, scalable, and intuitive software solutions that improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of their operations.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is not remote and requires on‑site work in our Thousand Oaks, California office.

• Execute the entire onboarding journey for new clients
• Develop detailed project plans to lead and drive complex projects to completion
• Manage all aspects of the client implementation process and project life cycle
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to scope client requests
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage a portfolio of clients at various stages
• Manage and provide mentorship to a team of Client Success Specialists
• Oversee team performance in meeting goals and expected milestones
• Review and improve processes to ensure effective client implementation and management practices

• Must be a US Citizen (Due to Government Contract Requirements)
• Minimum 5 years of software implementation experience required
• Extremely customer-focused and service-oriented
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong technical project management skills, including experience in client engagement and software development
• Knowledgeable about implementation in a SaaS environment
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate complex information effectively
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Solution-oriented and creative approach to addressing complex problems
• Must be able to commute to ProDIGIQ's office in Thousand Oaks, as this position is on-site only
