Account Manager

We are a boutique independent insurance agency that specializes in niche insurance products. We are looking for someone who can work in a team and a collaborative environment. Must have a client-focused attitude and value the importance of relationships, professionalism, and trust. Must have solid communication skills, be detail-oriented, and organized. Must be able to learn new skills, systems, processes, and procedures.

Someone who is a great listener and not afraid to ask questions. We believe that learning is vital to success.

• Provide Producers and Clients with service needs, updating existing accounts
• Provide a high-level of support in maintaining and servicing commercial accounts
• Assist in the review of company-issued new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy rating
• Handle telephone calls and written miscellaneous correspondence
• Maintain office records and files in accordance with the procedures/processes
• Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding invoices, correspondence, reports, and overdue items
• Other duties as needed

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 2+ years of prior work experience in a similar position, preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
