• Base + tiered performance bonus — first-year total comp $100-$130k

• Flexible, balanced schedule — Monday–Friday, 4–6 planned Saturdays/year for marketing or community events

• 1-4 years clinical experience

• Base salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually
• Metric performance & production bonus:
  Up to $60,000 annually, based on achievement of performance metrics:

  • Tier 3:
    Up to $60,000
• CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days
• Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays
