As a Fabrication Technician you will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operate equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch deposition, testing, and diffusion. Manage workflows to optimise equipment output performance. Perform wafer fabrication by following work instruction and documented procedures. Operate equipment to perform various stages of the wafer fabrication process. Perform measurements and analysis of critical parameters and record data.

Adhere to clean room protocol and work practices, including wearing PPE for long periods of time. Maintain proper documentation and records. Move materials or finished goods from one location to another may involve pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 20 pounds or bending. Visually inspect and recognise quality defects. Handle fragile GaAs wafers and precious metals, such as gold and platinum.

Mix wet chemistries. Collect and log data into computer-based applications.

HS Diploma or GED. Able to understand directions and adhere to established procedures. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a clean‑room environment. Basic computer skills. Proficient in MS Office.

Prior semiconductor manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Wafer FAB operations. Knowledge of clean‑room practices.
