Telemetry Unit, cardiac and neuro patients
Number of Beds – 30 currently (opening 12 overflow)
Number of Staff – 50 core RN s
Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 CNC/charge, 8 RN s, 2 CNA, and 0-1 sitters
- Night Shift – 1 CNC/charge, 8 RN s, 2 CAN s, and 0-1 sitters
Type of equipment – Tele boxes, Welch Allen vital sign machines, Alaris IV pumps
EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
EKG interpretation, IV start, chest tube management
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Receive patients after heart cath, pacemaker, ablation, watchman, valve repair, cardioversion
Best personality Fit:
Quick learner, great communication skills, dependable
REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, BLS, NIH
Floating Area(s):
PCU and Med/Surg
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - currently no specific scrub color

Weekends and On call(if any)
3-4 weekend shifts per month, no on-call
