Key Responsibilities
:
Configure Lab Ware LIMS objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
Support raw material, commercial product, and stability testing workflows.
Configure and troubleshoot laboratory equipment integrations and system interfaces.
Translate laboratory, business, and quality requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to ensure successful implementation and system performance.
Required Qualifications
:
Strong, hands-on experience configuring Lab Ware LIMS Version 7.
Lab Ware Version 8 experience is highly preferred.
Experience working in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
Experience with raw material testing, commercial product testing, stability programs, or laboratory instrument integration.
Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
Familiarity with laboratory systems such as LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience with Lab Ware 8 implementations or upgrades.
Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
Knowledge of GMP validation and change control processes.
