About the PositionAs a Sales Representative (B2B) in the Dometic Vehicle Outfitters Sales team, you will be involved in inside sales support, sales administration and direct account responsibility for a small regional territory (Southern California, Arizona, and the broader Southwest). This role is designed as a development pathway into a full Account Manager position within 18 to 24 months.
Your Main Responsibilities- Assist senior B2B Account Managers with proposals, quoting, documentation and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (contacts, activity logs, opportunities, orders).
- Respond to inbound dealer and help qualify leads.
- Support lead generation efforts and sample requests.
- Maintain account files, sales documentation and internal communication summaries.
- Manage a small portfolio of assigned B2B accounts in Southern California, Arizona, and surrounding states.
- Handle order follow‑up, support and small‑scale account development.
- Assist with quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning.
- Build foundational relationships with new and emerging accounts.
- Assist in building account‑specific and channel‑specific product assortments.
- Help create sell‑in materials including presentations, line sheets, price sheets and merchandising recommendations.
- Maintain accuracy and updates across all sell‑in tools and sales‑facing materials.
- Support planning, setup, staffing and breakdown of trade shows, dealer events and summits.
- Represent the brand professionally and assist senior sales reps on the show floor.
- Assist with in‑store product launches and dealer activation events.
- Support senior reps during in‑person dealer training sessions.
- Assist with demo setups, training materials and follow‑up.
- Attend on‑site retail launches to support merchandising, setup and early‑stage sell‑through.
- Learns the full product line, features and benefits.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Assist the sales team with product comparisons and technical basics.
- Participate in structured development under senior B2B reps and the Commercial Lead.
- Complete sales training, product training, CRM training and field shadowing.
- Target progression to Account Manager within 18–24 months based on performance.
- Up to 25% travel required for trade shows, dealer visits, training sessions and product launches.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service or similar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; willing to learn CRM tools.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a B2B sales career.
- Experience or interest in overlanding, automotive aftermarket, outdoor or related industries.
- CRM experience preferred (Zen Desk, Salesforce, Hub Spot, MS Dynamics).
- Prior exposure to B2B sales or retail environments.
- Basic understanding of merchandising or assortments.
- Ambitious, eager to develop into an Account Manager.
- Strong relationship‑building instincts.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, shifting environments.
- Able to support both administrative and field‑based sales tasks.
- Strong follow‑through and accountability.
- Excited about contributing to a growing B2B team.
- Comfortable working on‑site at our Thousand Oaks, CA office.

Compensation: $60, base plus eligibility to participate in our sales incentive program.
