• You come from hospitality, retail, financial services, or another guest-facing environment where taking care of people was the standard -- automotive experience is not required, but the ability to represent three distinct brands with knowledge and confidence is something we train from day one

That breadth means a Brand Specialist here is never working a single buyer profile. The right person brings genuine curiosity, learns all three brands thoroughly, and builds relationships with the kind of Ventura County buyers who return for every vehicle in the household and send their neighbors in behind them.

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what matters to them before presenting any vehicle
• Develop deep product knowledge across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac through paid GM training -- learning each brand's lineup, technology, performance credentials, and towing and capability specs well enough to guide any Conejo Valley buyer confidently
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect each brand's strengths to what the guest actually needs -- whether that's a Cadillac Escalade, a GMC Sierra, or a Buick Envision
• Build and maintain a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- the Brand Specialist who works their pipeline earns repeat and referral business that lifts them above the floor
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, low-pressure purchase experience from first contact through delivery
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
• Represent Buick GMC Cadillac of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

• No automotive experience required -- paid GM brand and product training across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac provided from day one
• Hospitality, retail, financial services, real estate, or comparable guest-facing experience strongly preferred -- backgrounds where earning trust and delivering a quality experience are the standard translate directly to this buyer community
• Genuine curiosity across three brand personalities -- Buick buyers, GMC truck buyers, and Cadillac buyers are different people with different priorities, and the Brand Specialist who engages each conversation authentically builds a broader and more durable client base
