Job Description:
  • Plans, conducts experiments, records and organizes data, analyzes and reports results in compliance with protocols and regulations.
  • Follows established experimental design and performs routine tasks to obtain reliable results.
  • Develops and implements new methods with supervision.
  • Skilled in standard laboratory equipment, with experience in HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrometry, solid phase extraction, and liquid-liquid extraction is a plus.
  • Trains staff and contributes to reports, presentations, and regulatory documents.
  • Participates in department support efforts such as safety and recruiting.
  • Develops new protocols with review, engages in scientific discussions, and communicates data effectively.
  • Coordinates resources and understands when to seek input or make independent judgments.

  • Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment and techniques including HPLC.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Perform experiments, organize data, analyze results.
  • Follow protocols and troubleshoot equipment and experiments.
  • Transfer and modify experimental methods.
  • Engage in scientific discussions and possibly supervise staff.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple methods.
  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
