Job Title: Associate Scientist, HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrometry - (JP9942)

Job Description:- Plans, conducts experiments, records and organizes data, analyzes and reports results in compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Follows established experimental design and performs routine tasks to obtain reliable results.
- Develops and implements new methods with supervision.
- Skilled in standard laboratory equipment, with experience in HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrometry, solid phase extraction, and liquid-liquid extraction is a plus.
- Trains staff and contributes to reports, presentations, and regulatory documents.
- Participates in department support efforts such as safety and recruiting.
- Develops new protocols with review, engages in scientific discussions, and communicates data effectively.
- Coordinates resources and understands when to seek input or make independent judgments.

Top Must-Have Skill Sets:- Skilled in developing and utilizing systems to ensure quality data.
- Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment and techniques including HPLC.
- Ability to make independent judgments and contribute to reports and patents.
- Minimum 2 years lab experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Perform experiments, organize data, analyze results.
- Follow protocols and troubleshoot equipment and experiments.
- Transfer and modify experimental methods.
- Engage in scientific discussions and possibly supervise staff.
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple methods.
- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
