What You Will Do
  • Support the design, development, validation, and implementation of robust LC‑MS/MS bioanalytical methods for a wide range of therapeutic modalities including small molecules, oligonucleotides, proteins, and other complex molecules.
  • Conduct quantitative bioanalysis in non‑clinical and clinical samples from various matrices (plasma, urine, CSF, tissues).
  • Perform sample extraction using protein crash (PPT), SPE, LLE, and/or affinity capture techniques.
  • Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebook.
  • Ensure bioanalytical data meets regulatory expectations for global submissions, maintaining accurate records and staying current with industry guidelines.
  • Author study reports, SOPs, analytical methods, memos, and other regulatory‑compliant documents.
  • Communicate results to discovery and development teams, contribute to publications, and present at professional meetings.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and site‑specific procedures, including training, record‑keeping, laboratory documentation, and SOPs.
  • Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities and operational support, including QC of reports.
What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications
  • PhD, Pharm

    D, or MD plus relevant post‑doc, with 1‑3 years of relevant industrial or postdoctoral experience; or
  • Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant industrial/technical experience; or
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant industrial/technical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in CRO or pharma/biotech strongly desired.
  • Strong technical expertise in quantitative mass spectrometry on triple quadrupole (QQQ) platforms and HRMS.
  • Experience with automation and/or micro‑sampling technologies.
  • Prior GLP and GCP experience.
  • Expertise with a variety of sample types (blood, plasma, serum, tissues, CSF) and diverse preparation techniques (SPE, LLE, immunocapture).
  • Experience in bioanalytical (regulated) assay execution and transfer to CROs.
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment with high workload demands, delivering high‑quality results on schedule.
  • Ability to resolve scientific challenges efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent scientific problem‑solving, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervisory and mentoring experience in a lab‑based setting.
