, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‑related incidents and maintain a secure environment. As a driving post, you will operate a vehicle during patrols while remaining highly visible and providing outstanding customer service and communication.

- Provide customer service to clients by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
- Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and provide directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
- Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
- Complete written and/or electronic reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.
- At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
