** Specialist, Electrician – JLL
**** What this job involves:
*** Maintains generators, VFD’s, UPS systems as well as building and or Utility Plant support equipment like AHU’s, Chillers, Boilers, hot water heaters, pumps, valves and other electrical related equipment.
* Assist in support/execution of Site power outages and Major Switchgear Maintenance events
* Requires the ability to analyses the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
* Assist with the installation and repair of single and three phase motors (single & two speed)
* Run conduit; pull wiring to machinery, motors, operating parts, etc.
* Willingness to change light bulbs and ballasts as needed
* Ability to communicate and work in teams
* Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
* Is familiar with LOTO and maintains a clean and safe workplace.

*** Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
*** Able to regularly lift items up to 50lbs
* Physically able to operate electric hand tools, carry tools, lift and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment, and operate a motor vehicle.
* Able to work in close places such as closets, crawl spaces, attics, vaults, etc.
* Able to work on a ladders
* Able to work on roofs of buildings – able to safely perform overhead work while standing on a ladder.

* Required Qualifications:

*** High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalent.
* 10+ years of related trade schooling or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and organization skills
* Team player-works well with others
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Electrical License

* Work Shift:

** Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm + OT required based on business needs.

** Estimated compensation for this position:
** 79,040.00 – 87,360.00 USD per year
* This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
