Drain Service Technician

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders, customer information, and financial transactions.
• Sell additional services to customers by identifying potential plumbing issues and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Collect payments from customers upon completion of services.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts and tools necessary for drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

• Drain cleaning machines and augers.
• Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment.
• Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.).
• Service Titan mobile application and related hardware.

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role.
• Knowledgeable in the use of Service Titan software.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and close additional service opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage financial transactions and collect payments.
• A valid driver’s license that meets company policy requirements.
