Field Service Technician II

• Hourly Range: $21.00-$26.99, based on experience
• Monthly Performance Based Technician Bonus up to $300.00
• Sign On Bonus $1,000

Imagine traversing the Oxnard, CA region and being the hero in every office you step into. Multiple times a day you will be the answer to your clients. This will involve bringing innovative, game-changing solutions for our client's print management needs.

As the Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering these solutions through maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment (black and white, color, and multifunctional devices, and more) at customer locations throughout the territory.

• Providing maintenance, service, repairs, and training efficiently and effectively
• Diagnosing equipment issues and carrying out installations and upgrades
• Making modifications, removing old units, and retrofitting existing hardware
• Completing field calls according to priority while practicing good time management
• Continuously enhancing your technical skills for field assignments
• Rebuilding components at the shop

• High School Diploma or GED
• DOJ (Department of Justice) background check will be required for this position.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. The job involves frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• A minimum of three years of experience in one or more of the following: technical repair and service of copier/office equipment or repair, installation, and training of Photo /software, printers, , and Fingerprint equipment.
• Must have relevant certifications where appropriate and experience providing on-site service and repair to customers.
• Demonstrated experience with document management, MFP, and print devices.
• Good customer service skills are essential. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work independently.
• Must be computer literate and have good electro-mechanical skills.
• Must have good communications skills (written and verbal), including tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing extensive use of a personal car while on company business.
