Gold's Gym is growing fast and looking for Personal Trainers to help our members achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’ll challenge your skills, talents, and abilities, and reward your successes.

• Conduct Fitness Assessments to design exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients.
• Assist clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness; modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels.
• Monitor client progress, provide motivation and feedback.
• Provide information or resources on general fitness, trends, and health issues to benefit members.
• Demonstrate and teach exercises, giving feedback on techniques to improve safety and effectiveness.
• Promote and sell identified personal training programs, supplements, and services.
• Participate in all scheduled meetings as required.

• Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE, or NSCA certifications.
• High school diploma (some college coursework preferred).
• Excellent communication and hospitality abilities.
• Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science.
• Able to achieve and maintain acceptable goals; able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of service.
• CPR/AED Certification.

Role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in a clean uniform.

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour.
