• Conduct day‑to‑day running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet customers’ operational requirements and ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
• Provide first‑line support to customers and DSV to proactively resolve issues.
• Support colleagues across all departments to deliver enhanced service while promoting DSV best practices.
• Complete and populate location KPIs and manage customer invoicing processes.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and effective time management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to problem‑solve.
• Understanding of Cargo Write is desired; training will be provided.
