13 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (rota basis)

As a Swim Assistant, you will help Swim Teachers deliver lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

• Assist the Swim Teachers during lessons.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
• Assist with the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surroundings, ensuring their safety and discipline.
• Have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Team‑oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and support colleagues.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• DBS check required.
