We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and safe‑focused lifeguard to support our community and deliver amazing customer service. If you enjoy talking to people and creating great experiences, this is a great fit. No prior lifeguard experience is required – we provide full training and support, including swim coaching where needed.

37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (rota basis)

In this role you will ensure the best levels of service for our customers by providing a friendly, clean, and safe environment. You will act as the first line of safety, monitor the pool area, and respond quickly to any incidents or emergencies.

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent
• First Aid at Work
• Enhanced DBS check
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities, and to all levels of staff
• Well‑developed interpersonal skills
• Team‑oriented approach, working across organisational boundaries and supporting colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to follow managerial instructions
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry
