EarlyON Designate at YMCA

Join the YMCA of Three Rivers as an EarlyON designate in Waterloo. This full-time role emphasizes quality interactions and program delivery in early childhood education.

As a key member of the EarlyON team, you will focus on creating an enriching environment for children and their families. Your skills as a Registered Early Childhood Educator will guide the implementation of age-appropriate programming while mentoring staff. You will work closely with community contacts to ensure every family feels a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate child care

• Mentor staff in EarlyON program facilitation

• Ensure compliance with EarlyON guidelines and policies

• Maintain effective communication with parents and staff

• Perform administrative duties and support event coordination

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

• Experience in delivering early years programming

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid G driver's license highly preferred

• Basic first aid and CPR C training certification
