Academic Mentor
Location:
Thrissur (Residential Campus)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Academic Mentor for our residential program in Thrissur . This is a hostel-based role , and the selected candidate must stay in the hostel with students and support them academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Stay in the student hostel and support students in daily routines and discipline.
Provide academic mentoring and personal guidance to students.
Monitor academic progress, attendance, and overall student wellbeing.
Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and parents.
Maintain student records and basic MIS reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred).
Good communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to handle students with patience and empathy.
Willingness to stay in hostel with students (mandatory).
Work Location:
Thrissur (Residential / Hostel Campus)
