Key Responsibilities
- Senior CNC Administrator Offshore JD Edwards Enterprise One
Role Summary
The Senior CNC Administrator Offshore is responsible for end-to-end technical administration monitoring and support of JD Edwards Enterprise One environments across development test UAT and production landscapes The role ensures system stability performance security and availability working closely with functional technical infrastructure DBA and integration teams in a 247 global delivery model

Key Responsibilities
JDE CNC Administration Environment Management
Administer and support JD Edwards Enterprise One 9x environments including Deployment Server Enterprise Server HTML Server AIS Server and Web Logic
Perform environment setup configuration cloning refreshes and lifecycle management across nonprod and prod instances
Manage package builds deployments and promotions across environments ensuring change compliance
System Monitoring Performance Availability
Monitor JDE batch jobs UBEs queues services and interfaces using ControlM OEM custom scripts
Perform performance tuning JVM tuning and troubleshooting for batch interactive and webbased issues
Ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution to meet SLA SLO commitments
Security User Administration
Administer JDE security including roles users environments object security and data security
Support SOX audit compliance activities including access reviews evidence preparation and remediation
Coordinate with IAM teams for onboarding offboarding and access governance
Incident Problem Change Management
Provide L2L3 production support for CNCrelated incidents and defects
Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Support change release and deployment activities aligned with ITSM processes Service Now or equivalent
Upgrades Patches Migrations
Execute and support JDE tools upgrades ESU installations and quarterly patching cycles
Support platform migrations onprem cloud Exadata GCPAWSAzure including environment readiness and cutover
Coordinate with DBA OS and cloud teams during infrastructure changes
Automation Documentation Knowledge Management
Develop and maintain Linux Windows shell scripts for monitoring housekeeping and automation
Maintain CNC runbooks SOPs architecture diagrams and KT documents as part of knowledge management
Actively contribute to process standardization and operational excellence initiatives

Required Skills Experience
Technical Skills
2 or 3 years of handson experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One CNC administration
Strong expertise in JDE architecture package management security and troubleshooting
Handson experience with Linux Unix Windows scripting Shell Power Shell

Experience with Web Logic Java AIS and JDE tools releases
Exposure to ControlM enterprise schedulers and monitoring tools
Working knowledge of Oracle Database Exadata and cloud platforms GCPAWSAzure is a plus

Process Delivery Skills
Experience working in 247 offshore support models with global stakeholders
Strong understanding of ITIL processes Incident Problem Change Release
Ability to work in migration transformation and managed services programs

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for offshoreonsite coordination
Ability to mentor junior CNC administrators and support team capability building
