Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fabricator, located in Thrissur. The Fabricator will be responsible for tasks involving the construction, assembly, and welding of steel structures based on technical drawings and specifications. Key responsibilities include operating machinery, cutting and shaping materials, performing quality checks, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals. Adherence to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Experience in metal fabrication techniques such as cutting, welding, and assembling steel structures
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, plans, and specifications
Proficient in operating fabrication tools and machinery
Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with a team
Physical stamina and capability to perform hands-on tasks in a workshop setting
Previous experience in steel fabrication or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fabrication is a plus
