Buchhalter In im Pensum von 20 %. Einleitung
Alfa Clean GmbH, ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Liegenschaftunterhalt, sucht eine motivierte und zuverlässige Person für die Position als Buchhalter In (Pensum 20 %). Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und tragen Sie dazu bei, unsere Finanzprozesse effizient und präzise zu gestalten.
Aufgaben- Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verwaltung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Überwachung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von steuerlichen und rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der Schweiz
- Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Kenntnisse in Bexio von Vorteil
- Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten, ideal für eine Teilzeitstelle
