- Beratung, Reservation und Verkauf aller Schifffahrtsprodukte (E-Mail und Telefon) inkl. professionellem Umgang mit Kundenreaktionen
- Abwicklung von Gruppenreservationen sowie Anwendung verschiedener Vertriebssysteme im Tagesgeschäft
- Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Enge Kommunikation mit Schiffen und Stationen
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Verkauf, idealerweise im Tourismusumfeld
- Hohe Affinität für digitale Tools und Systeme
- Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft für Wochenendeinsätze (Öffnungszeiten 365 Tage pro Jahr)
