Hauptqualifikationen sind eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft Betreuung Kind EFZ und die Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern. Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls gefragt.
