As a competent contact person, you advise, clarify technical questions, and accompany orders from inquiry to delivery. You process customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, online shop, and store, and provide competent advice on the entire IMMER range. You create and track quotes, enter customer orders in the ERP, and ensure reliable and timely processing. You create calculations for non-stock items and customer-specific solutions and clarify technical questions, availability, and delivery dates. You monitor the order process and ensure a smooth flow of goods and information.

You handle complaints, returns, and credits, and develop suitable solutions together with our customers. You support the field service, actively promote the use of the online shop, and contribute your expertise in technical questions. You work closely with purchasing, logistics, product management, and specialist teams and support data maintenance in NAV and the online shop. If necessary, you assist in training our apprentices.

Completed training as a carpenter or joiner with experience in customer contact Sales experience or further training in sales is an advantage Experience in timber construction and understanding of our customers' needs and workflows Good affinity for machines, tools, and technical products, as well as the ability to develop customer-specific solutions Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and sales Independent, structured, and reliable working style Initiative, commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork Good IT and ERP user knowledge as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
