As an Accounting Clerk reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will participate in key accounting processes such as data management, invoice processing, and financial compliance. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience or a strong grounding in Canadian accounting principles, complemented by proficiency in Excel and other software. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and enter accounting data in ERP systems

• Process and code Accounts Payable invoices correctly

• Manage cash receipts from clients

• Conduct timely monthly bank reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries and financial reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• 1-2 years of accounting experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
