This permanent employment opportunity requires on-site work at the physical location. Candidates should either possess Canadian permanent residency or a valid temporary work permit. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to visitors
• Manage incoming calls and provide necessary information
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
• Organize appointments and manage visitor check-ins
• Complete administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Must be a permanent resident or have a work permit in Canada
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• On-site availability for 16 to 40 hours per week
• Reliable and dedicated to a long-term role
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
