Position: Employee Services Assistant
Join the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board as an Employee Services Assistant, supporting various administrative functions in Employee Services. Engage in tasks related to recruitment, attendance support, and employee wellness initiatives.

This permanent full-time position reports directly to the Manager of Employee Services. The role requires effective management of the Automated Callout System and involvement in Occupational Health and Safety efforts. Key skills include experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites, combined with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Automated Callout System operations

• Assist with office administration and recruitment processes

• Manage attendance support and employee wellness initiatives

• Take meeting minutes for Labour Relations discussions

• Collaborate effectively with the HR team

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration required

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites

• Strong analytical and organizational skills needed

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
