In this key role, you will assist Borealis in its mission to provide top-tier customer experiences. Collaborating with the corporate operations team and the local Ontario branch, you will manage administrative tasks, service requests, and operational support. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and growth objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Operations team and local branch with admin tasks
• Coordinate customer requests using ERP systems
• Assist accounts receivable functions as directed
• Prepare operational reports and data analysis
• Facilitate communication with vendors and partners
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or operations support roles
• Knowledge of safety and compliance processes
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
