Senior Consultant in Process Management

This 18-month contract role focuses on advancing process management standards and enhancing operational tools for Sun Life's Global People Services. You will provide consultative guidance, foster harmonization, and implement knowledge management practices while collaborating with key stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact clients’ financial security and their healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process management standards development and refinement

• Facilitate documentation and validation for global processes

• Identify and address operational inconsistencies and dependencies

• Manage lifecycle and governance of operational knowledge content

• Support process improvements through detailed reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems

• 5-7 years in HR Operations or related roles

• Strong process management and documentation experience

• Familiarity with HR technology and tools

• Excellent communication and project management skills
