Shape the future of Client Success at Open Text as a Program Manager in Waterloo, ON. Focus on Client adoption, value realization, and process optimization using innovative strategies.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Sr Director of Client Success Services and lead the design and implementation of programs that enhance Client retention and growth. Your responsibilities include harnessing data, AI, and best practices in program management to elevate Client experiences and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of Client Success programs across lifecycle
• Develop frameworks for onboarding and adoption efficiency
• Establish success criteria and governance models
• Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives and align objectives
• Optimize Client journeys and analyze engagement metrics
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Program Management or related disciplines
• Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives
• Expertise in Customer Success methodologies and risk management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and AI solutions
